The Evanston Suites are located on the second floor of the historic Evanston building (also called Evanston Block), a two-story sandstone building built in 1905.

In its 117-year history, The Evanston has been home to a dry goods store, a hotel, a rooming house, a mortuary, doctors' offices, and more. We are just beginning to uncover its history.

The Evanston has been lovingly renovated and updated and features four well-furnished one-bedroom rentals on the second floor, accessible by a front and rear interior staircase. A charming fiber arts store and local artisans market is located on the first floor.
